getting merch from the outlet store
You can view the entire outlet store at hillsofrock.com/merch. You can only purchase products from the Ticket Station platform. Make sure you have selected the correct item and size, then click the “Buy” button.
shipping
Shipping is made ONLY to BULGARIA, to a SPEEDY locker or office. When ordering, you must point a SPEEDY locker or an OFFICE. You can see a list of lockers and offices at this link.
Shipping to a personal address is NOT allowed. Ordering from the Hills of Rock outlet, you get a free shipping.
refunds
You have the right to return your order, without specifying the reason, without continuing the compensation or penalty and without paying anything extra, excluding the courier costs for the purchase of the goods to return, within 14 days, counting from the data for receiving the goods by you or by the third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer. To return the purchased goods, you must fill out the RETURN FORM (Bulgarian only).
