2025 visitors guide
We look forward to seeing you at HILLS OF ROCK 2025! Over the course of three days, we’ll meet epic bands, but most importantly, we’ll meet you. We’re happy to present the event highlights for you to pay attention to before you come.
tickets and main information
- Don't forget to check for your tickets - you have them in your mail, in your account at ticketstation.bg or printed out. You can purchase a ticket for the event online at Ticket Station as well as at the venue.
- Can't find your ticket? Check in your user profile at www.ticketstation.bg. If you still can't find your ticket, you can write to info@ticketstation.bg.
- Children up to 10 years including (unfinished 11) can order WITHOUT the need for a ticket, necessarily with an adult companion and a completed Companion Declaration. All persons wishing to visit the event under the age of 18 must be accompanied and have a completed companion declaration. You can download and print the declaration from the link below.
- If you've bought the promo BIGGEST FAN ticket - it's valid for all three days of the festival.
admission
Hills of Rock 2025 has one entrance to the festival area so please keep that in mind and avoid coming at the very last moment. You can enter at any time after 4:30 pm but we advise you to be there before 7 pm.

- The doors open at 4:30 p.m. The starting time of the festival is valid for all three festival days – 25, 26 and 27.07
prohibited items, storage area
- A storage area for personal belongings will be available on the territory of the events! There you will be able to leave items taken from you by security because they fall on the list of prohibited items. The storage area for personal belongings is a paid service for which you will be charged. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Substances the use of which is prohibited by law;
- Narcotic substances and paraphernalia for their use;
- Cold weapons, firearms and other means of self-defense (such as, but not limited to, knives of any size, gas guns, pepper spray) or other dangerous objects that can be used as weapons;
- Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
- Markers, sprays;
- Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 15 liters or about 35x25x12 cm are expressly prohibited
- Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups and rigid packaging;
- Imported food and alcohol (except baby food)
- Water for one person in a package larger than 0.75 liters
- Umbrellas - if it rains, please take a raincoat (raincoats will be available on site); banners, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
- Bulky items, chairs, boxes, rugs, sleeping bags and tents;
- Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters and other vehicles;
- Lasers, glowing sticks;
- Devices producing noise - whistles, bells, etc.;
- Chain belts, wrap-around belts and studded belts (conical studded);
payments
Payments in the dining areas can be made with ALL TYPES of personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer, or contactless cards for Fest Card payments. Cash not accepted except for issuing Fest Card. Payments in the merch area can be made in cash, with a personal contactless card or with a Fest Card. We highly recommend that you bring your own personal contactless card with which to make payments during the event. During Hills of Rock you can use:
- Personal contactless cards – you can make payments with ALL types of contactless cards, regardless of issuer (inc Visa, Revolut)
- If you do not have a personal contactless card, you will be able to purchase* a Fest Catering payment card:
- The card is issued within the event and is only valid until its end
- The fee for issuing plastic is BGN 2
- Amounts loaded on the card can only be used within another Fest Team concert.
- Amounts loaded on the card can be used on all festival days.

During Hills of Rock, all visitors will have the opportunity to purchase items from:

➡️ Special merch of the groups from Na Tumno and Stroeja
Access to each part of the merch area will be via three corridors. Each zone will be operated by a separate team. You can only select and pay for items from the area you are in.
Payments in the merch area are possible in cash, with a bank card or with a festival card. We highly recommend cashless payments.
Your Mastercard® festival
Pay with Mastercard® at all bars during Hills of Rock 2025 and you can take up to 10% cashback. Register once at priceless.com/den, pay with Mastercard and expect 10% cashback to your account. With a one-time registration, you can participate in cashback for all days of the event.
HILLS OF ROCK 2025 is organized by Fest Team. The festival is part of the “Heritage 2023” program of the “Plovdiv 2019” Foundation, and is organised with the support of the Municipality of Plovdiv.
